How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, and has been scanned into the delivery network, you will be emailed a tracking link which you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of placing your order please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will look in to it for you.
What do I do when I have received a ‘sorry we missed you’ calling card, email or SMS?
Simply reschedule delivery on a day that suits you, or request collection from your local APC depot using this link: https://apccalled.com/
Goods may be returned to the sender after 3 days if no response has been received to the ‘Sorry we missed you’ calling card that was posted or the ‘Sorry we missed you’ email sent.
Please note you cannot collect your item(s) on the same day as the delivery was attempted. For next day collections please book before 7 PM.
What payment methods can I use on the webshop?
Payments will be processed through Stripe’s secure portal during the checkout stage of order placement. UK Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted.
