Beer Allergens

All our bottled, canned and kegged beers are suitable for vegans.

Our cask beers are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Yes! All our bottled, canned and kegged beers are gluten free with the exception of Point 5 and Bootleggers IPA.

Stud Blonde and Nightmare Porter are also gluten free in cask.

Please check product labelling and the beers product page for up to date information.

Our GFA and GFL beers are gluten and wheat free. While some of our other beers may occasionally include wheat in their recipes, we never use wheat for GFA and GFL.

Delivery & Collection

Yes! We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £50 to most UK Mainland areas. Orders under £50 will be charged £7.00 for delivery.

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout once a postcode has been entered. Please see below for area surcharges:

Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email confirming when your order has been dispatched.

You will receive another email from our courier (APC), once your order has been received in to their delivery network, notifying you of when your order will be delivered. Deliveries will not be made on weekends or bank holidays.

Orders are FREE to collect from the brewery, and even better – you will get 10% OFF!

Orders placed before 4pm will be available to collect after 10am the next working day
(excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We will send you an email confirming when your order is ready to collect.

You can collect your order outside of the brewery’s opening hours. Please follow the instruction notice on the main front door.

Due to the recent changes in customs resulting in the UK leaving the EU all international deliveries (including Northern Ireland) have been suspended for the time being.

When your order has been dispatched from the brewery and has been scanned into the delivery network you will be emailed a tracking link which you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of placing your order please contact us at office@hambletonbrewery.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look in to it for you.

You can reschedule a delivery on a day that suits you, or request collection from your local APC depot using this link: https://apccalled.com/

Goods may be returned to us after 3 days if no response has been received to the ‘Sorry we missed you’ calling card that was posted or the ‘Sorry we missed you’ email sent.

Please note you cannot collect your item(s) on the same day as the delivery was attempted. For next day collections please book before 7 PM.

Refunds & Returns

If for any reason goods are to be returned you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing office@hambletonbrewery.co.uk. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. Where it is not possible to use the original packaging please ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to protect against any damage in transit.

All returned goods must be sent back using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Once received by us, you will be refunded for the goods by the original method of payment, minus any shipping charges and costs for the return, unless the return is faulty or damaged.

If you have ordered the incorrect size of clothing we can offer an exchange (if available) but we must be notified within 14 days of the purchase in an unworn, saleable condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged you can refuse the order which will then be returned to us. Please email us as soon as possible to notify us of this. If you discover your order is damaged after accepting delivery please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Please contact us with your order number and outline the items you have received and those which are missing/incorrect from your order. Photographic evidence may be requested to send out replacements.
