Courier Delivery Charges & Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email confirming when your order has been booked in to the courier delivery network. On delivery, all alcohol goods will require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once a postcode has been entered. 

UK Mainland – £5.99 per case
Scottish Mainland – £6.59 per case (Postcodes AB30, AB33-AB36, DD8, DD9, FK16 allow up to 5 days for delivery)
Scottish Highlands – From £12.59 (allow up to 5 days for delivery)
Scottish Offshore – From £19.79 (allow up to 5 days for delivery)

Click & Collect

Orders are FREE to collect from the brewery.

Orders placed before 4pm will be available to collect after 10am the next working day
(excludes weekends and bank holidays). We will send you an email confirming when your order is ready to collect.

You can collect your order outside of our opening hours. Please follow the instruction notice on the main front door.

International Shipping

Due to the recent changes in customs resulting in the UK leaving the EU all international deliveries have been suspended for the time being.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason goods are to be returned you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing office@hambletonbrewery.co.uk. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. Where it is not possible to use the original packaging please ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to protect against any damage in transit.

All returned goods must be sent back using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Once received by us, you will be refunded for the goods by the original method of payment, minus any shipping charges and costs for the return, unless the return is faulty or damaged.

If you have ordered the incorrect size of clothing we can offer an exchange (if available) but we must be notified within 14 days of the purchase in an unworn, saleable condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged you can refuse the order which will then be returned to us. Please email us as soon as possible to notify us of this. If you discover your order is damaged after accepting delivery please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
