Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £50 to most UK Mainland areas. Orders under £50 will be charged £7.00 for delivery.
Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout once a postcode has been entered. Please see below for area surcharges:
Standard delivery is £7.00
Priority delivery is £12.00
Deliveries will not be made on weekends or bank holidays.

When will my order be delivered?
Your order should arrive between 1-5 working days depending on which delivery option you have chosen.

Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email confirming when your order has been dispatched.
You will receive another email from our courier (APC), once your order has been received in to their delivery network, notifying you of when your order will be delivered. Deliveries will not be made on weekends or bank holidays.
Can I collect my order from the brewery?
Orders are FREE to collect from the brewery, and even better – you will get 10% off!
Orders placed before 3PM will be ready for collection after 10AM the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. To ensure your beer is ready for the weekend, place your order by 3 PM on Thursday to collect after 10 AM on Friday. All orders placed after 3PM Thursday will be ready to collect after 10AM Monday (unless it’s a bank holiday).
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be collected outside of the brewery’s opening hours by following the instructions posted on the main front door.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Due to the recent changes in customs resulting in the UK leaving the EU all international deliveries (including Northern Ireland) have been suspended for the time being.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched from the brewery and has been scanned into the delivery network you will be emailed a tracking link from our courier, APC. You will be able to track your order using this link. Additionally, the email will provide you with the opportunity to reschedule the delivery to a more suitable day, if needed.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of placing your order please contact us at office@hambletonbrewery.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look in to it for you.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
On the morning of your scheduled delivery you will be emailed by APC with a delivery window. You can track your delivery by using this link: https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking You will need your postcode and consignment number which can be found in your email from APC.

Goods may be returned to us after 3 days if no response has been received to the ‘Sorry we missed you’ calling card that was posted or the ‘Sorry we missed you’ email sent.
Please note you cannot collect your item(s) on the same day as the delivery was attempted. For next day collections please book before 7 PM.
How can I purchase beer direct from Hambleton Brewery?
There are a few options to get our great beers to you!
- Order on our website shop for delivery or to collect from the brewery
- Visit our on site Brewery Shop during our opening hours
Unfortunately we are unable to process website orders to collect on the same day as ordering. Please order by 4pm to collect the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Refunds & Returns
Can I return an item?
If for any reason goods are to be returned you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing office@hambletonbrewery.co.uk. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. Where it is not possible to use the original packaging please ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to protect against any damage in transit.
All returned goods must be sent back using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Once received by us, you will be refunded for the goods by the original method of payment, minus any shipping charges and costs for the return, unless the return is faulty or damaged.
If you have ordered the incorrect size of clothing we can offer an exchange (if available) but we must be notified within 14 days of the purchase in an unworn, saleable condition.
What can I do if my order has arrived damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged you can refuse the order which will then be returned to us. Please email us as soon as possible to notify us of this. If you discover your order is damaged after accepting delivery please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
What can I do if I have received the wrong items or items are missing?
Please contact us with your order number and outline the items you have received and those which are missing/incorrect from your order. Photographic evidence may be requested to send out replacements.
