What is Points and Rewards?
Points and Rewards is our new loyalty programme. You’ll earn points for your orders which you can use to redeem exclusive discounts. So the more you spend – the more you save.
Who can join?
Everyone who creates an account is automatically signed up. If you do not have an account yet and usually order by checking out as a Guest you will need to sign up to start earning points.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 5 points per £1 you spend. You must register for a Hambleton website account to be able to earn points. You can earn points with every purchase you make as long as you are logged in to your account. Points are added automatically to your account. Points cannot be added if ordering in person or over the phone so make sure you place your order on our web shop.
How do I view my point balance?
Your rewards balance is displayed in the rewards section of your account dashboard.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed when the total balance reaches 500 points. This will give you £5 off your order. Only 500 points can be spent at once. Make sure you log in to your account before checking out and enter 500 points to redeem. If your balance is more than 500 points these will be saved for next time.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Nope – we don’t limit your loyalty.
Do my rewards points expire?
Points will expire after 12 months. After 12 months they cannot be spent and will be removed from your account – so make sure you keep redeeming!
Why did my account balance go down?
It could be a number of things. Expired points, an order return, cancellation or refund.
Where can I report a problem or give feedback?
We’re always open to feedback. Get in touch at email@example.com with any comments or questions.
