Stallion Amber | 5L Mini Keg
Our mini kegs contain around 8 pints (5 litres) of beer. Due to their compact size they are small enough to fit in the fridge and easily portable to take to parties.
Stallion Amber is our take on a traditional old fashioned Yorkshire Best Bitter. With a strong malt character and enhanced bitterness, it’s brought bang up to date with a last minute hop addition for extra aroma.

- To enjoy the beer in the best condition use within 3-4 days once opened and close the vent at the top between sessions
- Store in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight or heat sources
- Best served at fridge temperature
- Best before end date is printed on base
- Climate neutral packaging and can be recycled in your household recycling
- Not compatible with Heineken Blade or Phillips Perfect Draft dispensers
- Instructions on how to use are printed on the top of the mini keg
How to use:
- Vent the mini keg by slowly lifting the red tab and twist until you hear a release pressure. If any beer comes out close it a little to control the release of gas
- Once the vent stops hissing pull out the tap at the base of the keg fully
- Turn the tap left to pour
- Turn the tap right to close
- Close the vent at the top between sessions

A lovely beer and gluten free - fantastic.
I am not in to these new fashion beers they serve in Pubs so I shop around for Ales and tastes of the past. Over the years i have tried many and yes there are some excellent Ales out there but I found Hambletons on line and as my partner is Gluten intolerant this was an added bonus. The selection was like being in a sweet shop and trying to decide which to choose from so my first order had 6 different Ales and 2 gluten free ones. I have managed to get the list down to my 3 favorites. These Ales are sooo nice from Stud Stallion and Porter, just the taste of the past and 3 I shall be staying with. 10/10 Hambletons, perfect, many thanks
You have to love Stallion, if you love real ale, you will love Stallion, its a proper classic bitter and very easdy drinking and mellow, not too malty if you don't like that sort of thing, just a bit more "beery" than Stud. Our top beer at the moment and from Yorkhsire :-)

Absolutely beautiful
Smooth and Tasty. Exactly what a good beer should taste like.
I tried the other ales that the brewery produces, Thoroughbred IPA, Session Pale and Stud Blonde, but finally decided after weeks of enjoyable research to opt for Stallion Amber as my beer of choice. That said, however, I could easily default to drinking any of the others and still feel very satisfied.
Our favourite ale for my friend's and my regular Friday night get togethers.
Being both Yorshiremen (actually from York) we are proud to call this our topmost ale!
Easy drinking & more malty than hoppy it's just perfection in a glass.
